My name is Roberta, and I’m the founder of Istrience Collective. With a background in HR, event management, and international tourism, I’ve spent several years living abroad and also working in IT companies in international environments.

Istrience Collective is an idea that has been in my mind for a long time, built around the desire to promote Istria, Croatia as a place where companies can grow, build teams, and where remote workers can live and work with ease and purpose.

For me, it’s about building bridges between people, work, and the place they experience as home.
